HR Works is assisting our manufacturing client located in Sodus, NY, with its search for a full-time Human Resources Administrator.

About the Opportunity:

  • A sole administrator of HR that functions as a strong generalist, administering payroll, conducting recruitment, benefits administration, employee onboarding and offboarding, and HR related training.
  • This position additionally promotes the company s values, culture, and supports employee engagement.

About you:

  • A detail-oriented HR professional with a strong focus on accuracy.
  • A true generalist with 3 years of comprehensive HR experience, able to function autonomously in all areas of HR.
  • Interested in learning and growing in Finance knowledge. While AR/AP is not part of the role, having someone who wants to learn these areas and provide backup is ideal!
  • A Bachelor s Degree in a related field.
  • A flexible approach to working with employees and leadership.
  • A willingness to adapt to change, but a measured approach on implementing new processes.
