Your Responsibilities

• Develop client solutions that integrate with business applications such as ERP, CRM, or other line of business applications.
• Develop technical requirements for client solutions.
• Develop workflow rules and actions for client solutions. 
• Complete unit testing and code reviews prior to Quality Assurance of the solution.
• Collaboration with Project Manager on deployment of a customized solution.
• Shadow collaboration with clients, project leads and managers to discuss issues or changes to product functionality and ensure quality and consistency of the final product.
• Assist in weekly status meeting.
• Ability to stay up to date on current technologies through continuing education, certifications, and self-study.

What You Know

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferredSome programming language experience
• Experience working in a deadline driven environment, prioritizing, and handling multiple tasks
• Excellent problem solving and analytical skills
• Work effectively with a variety of personalities and work styles
• Professional in working with the organization’s processes and procedures

What Will WOW Us

• Prior ECM or Content Management software experience
• Experience in Hyland OnBase or other ECM system
