JOB DESCRIPTION
ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Production Managers (PMs) lead the execution of a department ensuring the daily production requirements, standards and metrics are met and/or exceeded. They align with their Branch Manager to support the vision and priorities of the branch through the Lines of Business and multiple product lines. Our PMs deliver high customer satisfaction by optimizing department performance through people excellence, process/product quality and continuous improvement.
Organizing and executing critical day to day functions and priorities.
PMs optimize departmental performance through accuracy, timeliness and communications to best serve our customers and our installers. Handles day to day scheduling and dispatch.
Prioritizes workflow, communicates with production staff daily, and supervises the production process. Schedules production and installation schedule daily. Performs quality assurance measures pre- and post-construction. Communicates with other employees to ensure production is completed on time and with high quality. Manages the inventory purchasing.
Supervises basic installations and completes more advanced installations. Trains employees on equipment, tools, and efficiency-building methods. Ensures that all necessary paperwork is completed. Performs other duties as needed, such as answering the phone, helping the branch, consulting with customers, etc. Assists with installations as needed in overflow situations.
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE
1-3 years Previous experience with supervising a trade in a construction environment, scheduling and hiring.
REQUIRED SKILLS
High school diploma or equivalent and at least 21 years of age
SPECIAL CERTIFICATION OR LICENSING
Valid Driver’s License

Report weekly KPIs - Track customer requests, scheduling fulfillment, and labor results
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $60,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
