About your Role:
As a Foster Care Program Supervisor, you will support the foster and adoptive support team in Maricopa County. In this position, you will supervise and support Foster Care Licensing Workers and monitor for compliance and best practice of HRT’s foster homes. This role requires frequent group and individual supervision to ensure your team is supported. You will represent HRT’s Foster Care Team and build relationships with community partners, state agencies, and seek to gain awareness of HRT’s Foster Care Program. Your ability to build relationships and retain foster families is essential to your role.

What we are looking for:
· Bachelor’s degree in a human service field (Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, etc.) and 4 years of human service-related experience or Master’s degree in a human service field and 2 years of human service-related experience
·2 years supervisor experience or experience leading teams
· Ability to obtain and maintain a valid unrestricted Level One Fingerprint Clearance Card, DCS Clearance, and First Aid/CPR Certification.
· Current Arizona State Driver’s License with a good driving record for the past 3 years, and current personal vehicle liability insurance and vehicle registration
