What are the responsibilities and job description for the Line Cook position at HRT Solutions?
An Edgeworth Country Club Line Chef will ensure exceptional customer service in any dining area of the Club. They will ensure that all members and guests always have an outstanding dining experience. Our expectations of you as a member of our team are that you will put your teammates first, support our operational goals, and deliver the best member experience possible.
Job Responsibilities:
- Prep station for daily dining
- Maintain an organized and clean station
- Be able to work in a team as well as individually
- Maintain the culinary standards of Edgeworth Country Club
Knowledge & Skill Requirements:
- Safe knife skills if known
- Basic Wet & Dry cooking methods if known
- Basic Food Product knowledge
- ServSafe certification a plus but not required
Physical Demands:
- Ability to stand, walk, climb stairs, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, bend, stretch and twist, or reach
- Ability to push pull or lift up to 50 lbs
- Ability to work in hot, humid & noisy environments
Training on Standards will be introduced in the training period
