SUMMARY
HRU Tech has partnered with this well-established company in search of a qualified individual to join their team as An Operations Administrator. This team member will be entering data and communicating with different groups. This candidate will be accessing files and record keeping. The candidate needs to be highly organized and experienced with invoicing. The candidate will need to pay attention to detail as they will be issuing PO’s and making sure records are being kept properly
Position Responsibilities:
- Enter data into a database or other computerized system to maintain up-to-date stock/inventory and training records; retrieve stored information to respond to enquiries (for example on inventory levels or delivery schedules.)
- Responding to customer escalations, order allocation, part profile & inventory records; preparing reports, training operators, customs compliance processes, domestic and international transportation related procedures and completing forms (receipt, transfer, delivery, dispatch, etc.)
- Perform other routine administrative activities according to the organization's established procedures.
- Responding to all phone calls, email, invoices, etc.
Education/Experience:
- High school diploma/GED
- 2-3 years of experience in office environment required (clerical work).
- Demonstrates a high level of competency in core work skills, will need to jump in and assist right away.
- Works at the required cycle time or defined engineering standard.
- SAP/Software experience is preferred.
- Microsoft Suite experience required.
- Communicates effectively with the assigned team and with all support teams.
- Completes training in line with business requirements.
