Description:
As our first ambassador to future team members, your concierge level approach guide candidates through the hiring process to create an amazing experience. You manage much of the people activities associated the recruiting and HR, from first contact to orientation and beyond.
Recruiting Process Administration
- Manage all applicant tracking systems and administration of recruiting processes (interns, referrals, etc.); entering requisitions to creating offer letters
- Track hiring forms to ensure proper electronic onboarding
- Schedule/calendar interviews: phone, in person, panels, etc.
- Assist with travel when necessary
- Hyper-organize recruiting data and track all details in order to provide accurate weekly metrics/dashboard; respond to ad hoc inquiries
- Provide guidance/training to hiring managers about their role in the recruiting process
- Gently but persistently remind hiring partners to ensure a positive candidate experience
- Liaise with corporate counterparts in Auburn Hills and Herndon to ensure a smooth hiring process (Bartech, Intern Coordinator, Recruiting team)
- Support recruiting and HR activities
General

Preferred skills, experience, and way of being:

- 4 years in high volume recruiting environment
- 1 to 2 years of general and/or technical recruiting preferred but not necessary
- HR experience helpful but not required
- Strong people skills; flexible, open, personable
- Sense of humor with high emotional intelligence
- Ability to create efficiencies and processes from ambiguity
- Advanced experience Outlook, Excel, Word, communications, writing
- Detailed with high accuracy
Education
- High school graduate or equivalent required
- Coursework towards a bachelor is preferred
- Bachelor’s degree is ideal
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Pay: $40,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
