Position: Trade Control Specialist
Location: Iselin, NJ
6 month contract

Your Impact: As a Trade Control Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring seamless trade operations and regulatory compliance. Your responsibilities will include:
- Efficient Order Processing: Manage all export and import orders related to Trade Control, overseeing license management and ensuring compliance with legal regulations. Leverage IT-systems like SAP-GTS for streamlined processes.
- Document Coordination: Obtain and coordinate relevant documents such as end-use declarations and customer plausibility checks for authority applications.
- Strategic Communication: Prepare and communicate import/export order status summaries regularly to ECMS Leadership, providing valuable insights and updates.
- Liaison and Consultation: Act as the crucial link between business units and authorities, offering expert consultancy on licenses and ensuring a smooth flow of operations.
- Documentation Mastery: Create comprehensive documentation of the trade control program, procedures, and work instructions, contributing to the efficiency and transparency of the entire process.

Your Formula for Success:
- Educational Background: Hold a bachelor’s degree or higher in sciences, preferably in chemistry.
- Trade Expertise: Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of supply chain operations, customs, and foreign trade processes and regulations globally.
- Collaborative Spirit: Thrive as a team player with a keen interest in working with international and multidisciplinary teams, complemented by strong communication skills.
- Organized Approach: Showcase structured work organization and attention to detail in your role.
- Tech Savvy: Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and familiarity with SAP GTS standard applications.
