What are the responsibilities and job description for the Customer account manager position at HSB?
Works with business partners in Treaty, CAD, and Claims to deliver distinctive customer service that builds and maintains strong customer relationships and creates differentiation in the market.
Executes the Claims Customer and Account Management Model. Creates and implements the Claims Value Proposition by engaging with business partners and Claims leaders to ensure customer-specific issues and / or opportunities are identified and resolved.
Owns all facets of Claims Escalation Model and proactively identifies and responds to unique or emerging opportunities in the market.
Participates in sales and marketing activities that lead to increased growth and revenue. Oversees the performance and execution of Claims Customer and Account Managers to ensure the team follows the terms of Claims Service Pledge.
Qualifications :
Bachelor’s Degree required, preferably in a relevant field
10 years of experience with insurance claims adjusting and / or management
Leadership and management experience preferred
Customer Service or Sales and Marketing experience preferred
Strong leadership skills
Strong problem solving skills
Good prioritization skills
Project management skills
MS Microsoft (Excel, PowerPoint and Word)
Ability to multi-task
Strong relationship building skills
