We are looking for an Office Manager:

  • Process accounts payable and receivables
  • Create monthly billing invoices, follow up on past due invoices
  • Create monthly financial reports for Board of Directors
  • Work with 3rd party to process twice-monthly payroll
  • Reconcile general ledger and make month end postings
  • Administer company benefits
  • Administer 401k plan and compliance issues
  • Provide human resource support to the HR Manager
  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the business office
  • Interact with a variety of vendors related to office and building maintenance

Experience / Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business or accounting or equivalent work experience
  • Proficient in current versions of Microsoft Office Suite software
  • Excellent writing and communication skills

Pay: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
