Job Description:
- Gather and Understand requirements for business processes and identify opportunities to enhance the configuration of JIRA and Confluence.
- Offer application development and support for JIRA and Confluence to both IT and other departments.
- Possess a solid grasp of JIRA APIs and webhooks. Assist JIRA and Confluence users and collaborate with business users to assess plug-ins, determine licensing needs, and conduct testing, installation, and configuration of the plug-ins.
- Apply design skills to define JIRA workflows and related screen schemes for impactful projects.
- Familiar with Jira Development and Configuration.
- Understand Jira on cloud setup.
- Familiar with Jira tools like Confluence, Script Runner etc.
- Manual and Automated Deployment tasks.
- Excellent Communication skills to conduct calls, provide feedback and work with customer and also with teams across onsite and offshore.
- Great grasping of the concepts – Business, Domain, Quality, Incident and Problem Framework etc.
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
