MDM Consultant - Senior

We are looking for a MDM Developer who is able to design and build solutions for one of our client programs, which aims towards building a MDM platform on multiple vendor products for master data management with customized hierarchies, inheritance and UI views and lifecycle. This is a high visibility, fast-paced key initiative will integrate data across internal and external sources, provide analytical insights, and integrate with the customer s critical systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Work with business and requirement teams to formulate specific MDM operating model.
• Analyze and understand master data assets, and discover hierarchies and relationships across them.
• Define RACI matrix for different Governance actors across different MDM workflow actions.
• Design and build data models, and load the data assets into MDM platforms (e.g. EBX & Informatica MDM hub), leverage out-of-box connectors and APIs.
• Design, build & maintain complex MDM workflows, respective Java classes, tasks, events, gateway, REST APIs etc, on MDM platforms (e.g. EBX & Informatica MDM hub).
• Implement the out-of-box validations and controls for bulk load and UI updates, as per client expectations on MDM platforms (e.g. EBX & Informatica MDM hub).
• Build generic Match & Merge rules while importing data into MDM platform (e.g. EBX & Informatica MDM hub).
• Build master data asset hierarchies, inheritance and relationships.
• Work with MDM consumers and facilitate federated & decoupled access on centralized MDM repository. (e.g. EBX & Informatica MDM hub).
• MDM tools (Informatica MDM) configuration & integration with other applications.
• Facilitate federated & decoupled access on centralized MDM repository to the consumers of the master data.
• Create documentation for user adoption, deployments, runbook, and support client users for enablement or for any issues encountered.
• Perform capacity planning and avoid scaling and performance issues of the designed solution/workflows.
• Liaise with all SDLC support teams to ensure seamless deployment to controlled environments and thus ensuring application robustness.
• Voice the opinions to multiple teams and thus driving the entire initiative with strong leadership.
• Diligently teaming with the database, application and business intelligence teams ensuring high data quality and availability.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor s Degree or equivalent in computer science or related and minimum 8 years of experience.
• Require EBX and Informatica MDM data model design/customization experience with creation/configuration of master data assets and their hierarchies.
• Require hand-on experience in Informatica MDM 10.4 workflows and integrations.
• Require hands-on development experience using JAVA, JSON, HTML, CSS, XML, REST APIs.
• Require integration experience with other tools such as Collibra, Alation, Apache Atlas, Cloudera Navigator etc.
• Require real-time integration experience with message streaming platforms e.g. Kafka & JMS.
• Preferred expertise on core JAVA, Python & Groovy programming language.
• Ability to use MDM products, predict application issues and design proactive resolutions.
• Require to be part of Production Rollouts of successful implementation of workflows and MDM products.
• Require Strong Technical Leadership skills in order to drive a team based on onsite and offshore.
• Require Technical Coordination skills to drive requirements and technical design by working with multiple teams.
• Financial services and Healthcare industry experience preferred.
• Requires aptitude to help build skillset within organization.
