Job Description:
- Project Manager to provide project management oversight to ensure the coordination of all projects on time within budget and scope.
- This position will also collaborate with customers and develop strategies and solutions of high business value.
Required and Desired Skills:
- Excellent facilitation, collaboration, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Meeting facilitation with customers and technical teams.
- Documenting and understanding customer requirements, processes, and design and programming specifications.
- Reading logical data models, databases and programming specifications developed from customer requirements.
- Business analysis, requirements solicitation and documentation.
- Knowledge and experience using multiple project management methodologies such as Waterfall, Iterative, and Agile.
- Ability to blend methodologies together in the right proportions to fit a project and business environment.
- Strong attention to detail, with the ability to follow-through.
- Must be able to operate effectively in a changing environment with multiple priorities.
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
- Strong analytical, planning, and organizational skills with an ability to manage competing demands.
- Bachelor s degree in information technology, Information Systems or Computer Science, or equivalent experience.
- Experience working in the health care or public health sector as it relates to understanding complex systems of service delivery.
- Experience performing systems analysis, architecting technical solutions, and/or managing application development projects.
- Understanding of and (experience with) project management standards highly desired.
