What are the responsibilities and job description for the Analyst position at HTii?
HTii (Holmes-Tucker International, Inc.) is seeking an entry level Analyst to support customers in multiple Program Offices located in Patuxent River, MD.
Duties
- With training you will use the IBM Rational Suite of tools to generate, update, and manage weapons systems and aircraft systems requirements in classified and unclassified environments.
- With training you will use the IBM Rational Suite of tools to track requirements workload, conduct requirements analysis, produce reports and answer customer inquiries.
- Export design requirements management data to Microsoft Office documents; utilize data to provide tailored products according to customer-preference, and in compliance with security requirements. This includes analyzing customer requests and figuring out the best way to present the data as information that answers the customers’ needs.
- Maintain an upbeat, helpful, and responsive demeanor to customers at all times.
- Work across the HTii team to provide the best possible support to its’ acquisition customers.
Required Qualifications and Experience
- Entry level position requiring no experience
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office products (Certified user a plus)
- Ability to qualify for a SECRET Clearance (existing SECRET clearance a plus)
Desired Experience
- Model-Based System Engineering (MBSE) experience
Education
- B.S. Degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Business or Management Information Systems
