Job Responsibilities:
Answer incoming calls and greet walk-in Guests
Data Entry: Support Personal Lines with system integration data entry project
Prepare materials for mailing
Stock office supplies
Assist Departments with project requests
Scan documents
Put marketing booklets together
Assist in Office upkeep or events
Job Requirements
High School Senior
12 hours per week
Experience Requirements
Good communication skills
Microsoft Office Products
Data Entry Experience
Department Office Administration & Clerical
Required Experience: Less than 1 year of relevant experience
Required Travel: No Travel Required
Required Education: High school or equivalent
