Role Overview
As a Huckabuy Account Executive, you will play an important role in sourcing and qualifying leads/prospects that will result in new business. You’ll collaborate closely with senior management and other Account Executives to help fill the sales pipeline, close deals and meet or exceed your sales goals.
Core Responsibilities
- Develop and properly qualify business opportunities and identify qualified leads
- Focus on navigating through organizations, doing deep discovery and selling to multiple decision-makers
- Present business solutions to prospective customers
- Schedule prospect calls, meetings and demos
- Become a perpetual student of Huckabuy products and the ever-changing SEO industry
- Successfully manage and overcome prospect objections
- Utilize Salesforce to ensure activities are documented properly, opportunities are forecasted accurately and adequate information regarding the prospect and/or opportunity is communicated
- Develop high-level relationships to serve as a trusted consultant with major customers to optimize their SEO growth
- Achieve or exceed monthly quotas of qualified appointments/demos scheduled and close deals
Qualifications
- 4-year degree preferred in Business or related field
- 3 years of proven experience in new account development
- Effective written and verbal communication skills and excellent interpersonal, problem solving and analytical skills, combined with effective business judgment
- Ability to deal with autonomy, ambiguity and a fast-paced environment
- Well organized, high attention to detail, and deadline-oriented
- Passion for SEO (preferred)
- B2B technical sales experience (preferred)
- Proven success in penetrating new markets and closing new business in a SAAS startup (preferred)
- Must reside in the United States.
