What are the responsibilities and job description for the Account Executive (Elite) position at Hudl?
This is an exciting opportunity to join our NJCAA sales team. We've demonstrated strong market adoption, and we need your help to build long-term partnership agreements with Junior Colleges that participate in the NJCAA. This role will cover junior colleges in the NJCAA as well as USCAA. You'll need to be able to build and maintain existing relationships, identify and execute a strategy for expansion revenue, collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, and achieve aggressive sales targets. If you're passionate about the intersection of sports and technology, and have a background in sales (preferably SaaS), or an operational background in collegiate athletics, we’d like to speak with you!
You Are
- Experienced. Understand the ins and outs of a Junior College athletic department,
- Connected. Ideally, you've been in the sports market before or have a passion for collegiate sports.
- Methodical. You have a disciplined approach to contacting and engaging partners.
- Passionate about sports and technology. You can’t wait to bring our products to Junior College programs.
- Successful. You build relationships and network naturally.
- Consultative. You take the time to establish relationships, understand customer's ambitions and look to sell solutions tailored to their needs.
You Will
- Build a strong pipeline and close sales. You'll manage the growth at the institution level and seek out league-wide collective agreements.
- Travel into territory. Step onto campus and enter the customers world to help facilitate deals.
- Help our clients. After looking at how they currently work, you'll show them how Hudl can create more positive outcomes for their teams.
- Be agile. Show the ability to change directions at any given moment based on customer's needs.
- Develop and implement plans to drive growth. You'll be creative and think outside the box, taking ownership of all aspects of territory management.
- Collaborate. Working as a team with internal stakeholders to ensure the customer's journey is successful.
We Will
- Champion work-life harmony. We’ll give you the flexibility you need in your work life (e.g., flexible vacation time, company-wide holidays and timeout (meeting-free) days, remote work options and more) so you can enjoy your personal life too.
- Guarantee autonomy. We have an open, honest culture and we trust our people from day one. Your team will support you, but you’ll own your work and have the agency to try new ideas.
- Encourage career growth. We’re lifelong learners who encourage professional development. We’ll give you tons of resources and opportunities to keep growing.
- Provide an environment to help you succeed. We've invested in our offices, designing incredible spaces with our employees in mind. But whether you’re at the office or working remotely, we’ll provide you the tech stack and hardware to do your best work.
- Support your mental and physical health. We care about our employees’ wellbeing. Our Employee Assistance Program, employee resource groups and fitness partner Peerfit have you covered.
- Cover your medical insurance. We have multiple plans to pick from to ensure you’ll have the coverage you (and your dependents) want, including vision, dental, fertility healthcare and family forming benefits.
- Contribute to your 401(K). Yep, that’s free money. We’ll match up to 4% of your own contribution.
