Summary:
The Business Analyst is a member of the Client Relations team, reporting to the Client Relations Manager. This role is responsible for day-to-day operation and business analysis of 340B contract pharmacy administration services. This individual will be part of a team that is responsible for all aspects of client support, data integration and data analysis required to effectively administer 340B programs. Each Business Analyst is expected to provide superior customer service to all clients through electronic, face to face/occasional travel opportunities and telecommunication as well as demonstrate superior data administration, manipulation, documentation and reporting skills. To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily:
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Establishes and maintains relationship for all functional areas for each customer/vendor assigned

Responsible for the daily delivery of key HH340B services to clients:
- Customer Service
- Data Processing
- Daily/Weekly Reporting and/or Replenishment Order
- Analytics – focused on 340B program regulatory compliance and optimization
- Financial Reconciliation and Month-End Reporting
- Produces, interprets, analyzes and shares reports with management, identifying trends and concerns
- Collaborate with internal teams (e.g. Sales & Marketing, Partner Relations, Systems Development, Finance, Compliance) to address customers’ needs
- Identifies, researches, and resolves data issues with internal and external customers
- Maintains responsibility for processes and reports, produced and delivered to client
- Maintains thorough documentation detailing tasks, projects, issues, and procedures and tracks the respective status
- Develops and consistently uses systems for maintaining and monitoring the flow of data from and to the customer
- Confidently makes suggestions for improvement to internal processes along with plausible solutions and works toward implementation of appropriate changes

- Perform additional duties and special projects as assigned
- Associates Degree (A.S.) from a college or university; or three to five years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Products especially Excel & Access preferred
- Strong inter-personal, communication, phone, and customer service skills
- Comfortable analyzing data and identifying trends or anomalies
- Strong task and project management skills with attention to detail
- Knowledge of compliance & regulatory requirements of the 340B program is a strong plus
