Registered Nurse (RN) Unit Manager Job Summary:
Hudson Park Rehabilitation & Nursing Facility in Albany New York is actively seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) Unit Manager for our short-term care rehab unit.
Long Term Care Experience Preferred, but we will train the right graduate nurse.

Registered Nurse (RN) Unit Manager Duties Include:
- Assess resident's clinical needs.
- Handle all supervisory duties for the unit.
- Mentor less experienced nurses.
- Establish the standards of care for the unit.
- Review Resident records & quality of care.
- Address questions brought forward by Residents and their families.
- Represent the unit's interests with the upper level management.
Registered Nurse (RN) Unit Manager Requirements Include:
- Must hold valid, unencumbered Registered Nurse License in NYS or be eligible for reciprocity.
- Basic computer skills including EHR use.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Team Player!
- Demonstrate excellent attendance and flexibility.
