Vice President of Clinical
Located throughout Ohio
A company that owns multiple skilled nursing facilities throughout Ohio is looking for a strong Vice President of Clinical.
Responsibilities:
- Manages and oversees all clinical staff operations; manages the clinical team to ensure quality and productivity expectations.
- Ensure that clinical trials are properly resourced, managed and executed in accordance with timelines and good quality practices.
- Supervise and direct all aspects of health care operations, from employee development and budget management to technology operations and finances.
Qualifications:
- Must have Regional/VP experience
- Must have strong clinical background
- Must be willing to travel
- Must have stability/longevity
- Must have long term care/skilled nursing experience
- Must have strong leadership skills
