Huge is looking for a QA Director to join our technology team!

QA Directors at Huge understand client business challenges and partner with clients and other disciplines, internally, to design transformative experiences and identify testing solutions to enable them. You’ll advise clients on Quality Assurance tasks and roadmaps, identifying and owning organic business development across dedicated accounts with the account leadership team. You’ll lead teams and help implement Huge’s delivery approaches based on Lean and Agile principles and frameworks and be intimately involved in a project’s performance and on-time, successful delivery.
What we’d like to see:

5 years of experience in a leadership role with a QA team.

Strong technical skills, functional and non-functional testing, and manual and automation testing.

Strong communication skills with internal and external stakeholders to ensure QA vision, execution, expectations, and needs are understood and implemented correctly.

Expert in risk identification, risk management, risk mitigation, and risk-based testing tasks.

Demonstrated experience leading a team of 10 - 15 people through a successful multi-month technical delivery process.

A true partner to creative and business in bringing transformative ideas to reality.

The heart of a technologist, continuously learning, and passionate and curious about emerging and evolving technology trends.

The ability to estimate work and staffing, and strategize to satisfy client budgetary requirements.

Thought leadership in your area of expertise; you help evolve the QA practice and playbook.

The ability to coach and transform a diverse and talented team into a high-performing delivery machine.
What you’ll be doing:

Analyze all customer needs, new requests, and issues and prepare all strategic testing plans to facilitate client satisfaction, organic growth, and speed to market, ensuring a quality process.

Measure QA team performance, participate in all portfolio meetings, and develop implement and maintain an efficient global quality craft within your projects.

Responsible for the Quality Assurance practice standardization initiatives, best practices, documentation, and tools needed.

You will assist in defining and managing product roadmaps to realize business goals and strategies.

You will help to establish a shared vision by building consensus on priorities leading to product execution.

You will create and maintain product roadmaps, feature backlogs, and product documentation such PRDs, user stories, use cases, user flows, logic flows, and functional specifications.

You will prioritize QA activities with engineering teams, assist in determining the best technical implementation methods, work closely with QA on acceptance testing, and lead product launches.
