Hughes Resources, a staffing company, is currently recruiting for a full-time Staffing Specialist role. The position will be based in our Dixon, IL, branch office location. The Staffing Specialist role is critical to promoting positive client communication and delivering outstanding customer service to both our clients and applicants. He/she must interview applicants, take job orders from customers, fill job orders, and answer the phone, all while remaining respectful and enthusiastic. Hughes Resources is a locally owned staffing company that has been in operation since 2003.
Essential Job Functions:
- Identify, qualify, interview, process, and place candidates in temporary and temp-to-hire job opportunities
- Receive job orders from clients, submit candidates for open positions, and maintain open communication with clients to monitor candidate performance
- Professionally and efficiently provide customer service and administrative support
- Demonstrate a respectful, positive attitude and enjoy working with a wide variety of people
Required Education and Experience:
- Proficient communication (written and verbal), computer (MS Office programs), and customer service skills
- Strong analytical and organizational skills
- Ability to energetically and enthusiastically handle a fast-paced environment
- Available to occasionally attend marketing/recruiting events outside of normal business hours
Compensation for the position is a base plus commission structure, resulting in a total compensation package of $45,000 - $50,000/yr., based on experience. Additionally, Hughes Resources provides discretionary annual revenue and performance bonuses.
