We are currently seeking a qualified candidate to fill our in-house Graphic Designer Role in Grand Rapids. Wage scale starts at $15 an hour with room to grow and room for discussion with experience level. This position is full-time at 40 hours per week with competitive benefits including medical insurance, 401(K), Holiday Pay, Paid Time Off, and Profit Sharing.
We have an immediate opening for a talented Graphic Designer to join our growing marketing team! In this role you will create and produce high impact design across all communication platforms intended to engage, attract, and grow business within established brand guidelines. When applying please include your digital portfolio.Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for creation of graphic assets to be used for digital and social graphics, traditional media, flyers, business cards, and signage within established brand guidelines.
  • Work with external vendors to order all print materials needed.
  • Manage clinic graphic design requests.
  • Create content and messaging for newsletters, company announcements, communication with patients, landing pages, etc. This includes creating and maintaining effective automated workflows.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor degree in Graphic Design or Art Design preferred but not required.
  • Experience with the Adobe Creative Suite required (InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop specifically).
  • Experience in digital marketing and social media marketing.
  • Strong interpersonal and organizational skills with the ability to self-manage projects from inception to completion.
  • Sound judgment on when to ask for help and what should be referred to management.
  • Excellent written and oral communication.
  • Attention to detail and ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks at once in a fast paced, fun team environment.
