Hultec S&B Technical Products, a family-owned business founded in 1981, specializes in pipe sealing systems and rubber products for pipelines in Spring, TX. With the largest market share in pipe seals in North America and a significant presence in Europe, S&B also offers specialty products for the oil and gas industry and corrosion protection systems. The company's products are distributed in over 70 countries and are backed by a wealth of patents.
We are moving our business from Fort Worth, Texas to Spring, Texas. In this move we will be relocating our business and need talented candidates to join our team. We are looking for candidates that can travel to Fort Worth for two weeks (lodging and meals on us) and one week PAID 40 hours off to train with our current manufacturing staff.

We are looking for individuals with manufacturing experience, preferably in rubber production but not a requirement. Are you mechanically inclined? Able to figure out processes and adhere to all safety precautions?
We are looking for the following roles for our rubber products.
Rubber Prep ($17.00)
- Operate Barwell, extruder, warm-up mills and cutters, supply press line with preforms for production, read and understand technical data sheets and produce
- Adjust controls to ensure conformance with specified tolerances.
Mandrel Operator ($17.00)
- Operate and Set-Up of small tooling machines steel and rubber products per specifications, cosmetic and functional repair of molded products read and understand drawings, use small hand tools and use measuring equipment.
Metal Prep ($17.00)
- Operate Sandblast, hand blaster, degreaser, soak tank and paint equipment
- Process metal inserts and apply adhesives, as specified, in a timely manner, safely use solvents and carefully follow safety instructions.
Press Operator ($17.00)
- Adjust machine components to regulate speeds, pressures, and temperatures, and amounts, dimensions, and flow of materials or ingredients
- Examine, measure, and weigh materials or products to verify conformance to standards, using measuring devices such as templates, micrometers, or scales.
- Review work orders, specifications, or instructions to determine materials, ingredients, procedures, components, settings, and adjustments for extruding, forming, pressing, or compacting machines.
Maintenance ($27.00)
- Perform routine maintenance, Inspect, operate, or test machinery or equipment to diagnose machine malfunctions.
- Adjust equipment to ensure optimal performance
- Read work orders and specifications to determine machines and equipment requiring repair or maintenance.
- Install, replace, or change machine parts and attachments, according to production specifications
- Inventory and requisition machine parts, equipment, and other supplies so that stock can be maintained and replenished.
- Do Preventive Maintenance
Trimmer ($14.00)
- Trim excess material from workpieces
- Sort materials or products for processing, storing, shipping, or grading
- The ability to keep your hand and arm steady while moving your arm or while holding your arm and hand in one position

Work Environment and Physical Demands
- Exposure to manufacturing environment preferred.

- Must be able to lift at least 50lbs
- Manual Dexterity
Must be able to travel to and from Fort Worth for the first two months (Travel Reimbursement will be provided)

Salary : $14 - $27
