Job description
Pay rate: $19.00 - $23.00
Day Shift: [M-F] 7:00AM - 3:30PM
Swing Shift: [M-F] 4:00PM - 12:30AM
Night Shift: [M-F] 8:30PM - 7:00AM (Sunday/Monday) & 12:00AM - 7:00AM (Tuesday-Friday)
Specific Duties and Responsibilities:
- Support daily inspection activities within respective Quality Department / group.*
- Read, understand, and interpret engineering specifications.*
- Comply with documented inspection and data recording procedures. *
- Support R&D and Production inspection activities using basic knowledge of inspection techniques and tools/equipment.
- Learn and apply sampling methodologies and techniques
- Perform routine inspection of raw material and packaging, boxing and labels. Provide support of First Article Inspection. Initiate and recognize non-conformances.
Ability to perform routine and non-routine inspection with use of visual aids and inspection instrumentation (e.g. microscope, micrometers, calipers, pin gages, toolmakers scope, etc.)
- Strong oral, written and interpersonal communication skills
- High degree of accuracy and attention to detail

Education:
- High school or equivalent (Preferred)
Experience:
- Manufacturing: 1 year (Preferred)
- Quality Control Inspectors: 1 year (Preferred)
