Job Description
Human Touch Home Health is currently hiring a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for our location in Fredericksburg VA to service the surrounding counties We are seeking skilled Practical Nurses (LPN) to work within our client’s homes providing direct home health patient care. Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) will instruct patients and their families in proper treatment, We are currently looking for PRN/ Part-Time and Full Time employees.
Qualifications:
- Current VA license to practice as a Practical Nurse (LPN)
- Minimum one (1) year of nursing experience as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) required, with home health experience preferred
