**Description**
The Primary Care Organization Finance team helps support the Conviva and CenterWell clinic operations, which have more than 200 centers across the country and jointly serves as the nation's preeminent patient-centric primary care provider for seniors.
The Financial Planning & Analysis Lead is responsible for the budgeting, forecasting and long-term planning of the Primary Care Organization's more than $500 million of administrative expense spend.
**Responsibilities**
The Financial Planning & Analysis Lead collects, compiles, verifies, and analyzes financial information so that senior management has accurate and timely information for making strategic and operational decisions. Analyzes the financial results and transactions to provide senior managers timely information to ensure they are meeting the organization's business objectives. The Financial Planning & Analysis Lead will manage a team of 2-4 to complete financial modeling, budgeting and reporting including FTEs, personnel and other administrative expenses. This includes taking into consideration actual performance, previous expenditures, and estimated expenses. Maintains accurate spending records and establishes measures for budgetary control. Develops and monitors cost allocations across lines of business and at a center level. Exercises independent judgment and decision making on complex issues regarding job duties and related tasks, and works under minimal supervision, Uses independent judgment requiring analysis of variable factors and determining the best course of action. Meets with leadership to discuss budget, forecast and review actual results.
**Required Qualifications**
Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting or related field
6 or more years of finance and/or accounting experience including; budgeting, forecasting and analysis of administrative expenses
Prior management and/or leadership experience
Prior experience developing methods and criteria for measuring and summarizing data for complex analyses
Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences
Must be highly organized with strong attention to detail and have the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment
**Preferred Qualifications**
Master's Degree in Business Administration or a CPA preferred
Oracle, Hyperion Planning & Reporting, SQL experience
