Responsibilities
Humana’s Marketing Organization is looking for a Product Marketing Professional 2 to join the Wellness Member Marketing Team, working remotely. We are focused on the well-being of our members, empowering them to live a healthy, active, and rewarding life. In this role, you will engage members in healthy behaviors by supporting campaign development in alignment with program and campaign strategy.
Key Role Functions
Consult with business partners and develop communications solutions for our members
Oversee campaign execution including process for intake, prioritization, assignment, and execution of marketing campaigns
Collaborate with technical and project teams to deploy campaigns
Assist with end-to-end reviews and testing of digital marketing campaigns
Support standardization of tool usage and documentation for consistency, reporting, and to increase speed of execution
Provide input on communications strategies for one of the company’s top business priorities: encouraging our consumers to make smart healthcare choices
Build strong working relationships with business stakeholders in a matrixed environment
Assist other members of the team to collectively achieve Wellness and Retail business goals
Manage multiple high-profile programs
To be successful in this role, you will need to be organized as well as deadline- and detail-oriented with the ability to shift focus to support evolving business priorities.
Required Qualifications
2 years of experience in marketing or a communications-related field (marketing development, project management, business strategy, etc.)
Experience working with copywriters, graphic designers, and print/email/SMS vendors
Experience creating multi-channel campaign documentation and defining business requirements
Excellent at evaluating creative and giving constructive feedback to creative team
Proficient with Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Clear and concise oral and written communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree or higher in marketing, communications, or related field
Experience in a results-oriented marketing and communications environment
Experience working in an agile team environment
Experience with email marketing software and campaign management tools like Salesforce Marketing Cloud to create customer journeys using digital automation tools
Experience in a communications team serving a highly-regulated industry (healthcare, insurance, finance, etc.)
Basic understanding/ability to read HTML/Javascript
Additional Requirements/Information
This role is 100% remote anywhere in the US and will operate on EST/CST business hours.
All Humana associates approved for the Home or Hybrid Home/Office work styles are required to self-provide wireless, wired cable or DSL access to the internet at the connectivity speeds required by the company to successfully perform their job with the exception of associates who live or work from home in the state of California, Illinois, Montana, or South Dakota. Connectivity requirements are detailed below.

To ensure Home or Hybrid Home/Office associates’ ability to work effectively, the self-provided internet service of Home or Hybrid Home/Office associates must meet the following criteria:
At minimum, a download speed of 25 Mbps and an upload speed of 10 Mbps is recommended to support Humana applications, per associate.
Wireless, Wired Cable or DSL connection is suggested.
Satellite, cellular and microwave connection can be used only if they provide an optimal connection for associates. The use of these methods must be approved by leadership. (See Wireless, Wired Cable or DSL Connection in Exceptions, Section 7.0 in this policy.)
Humana will not pay for or reimburse Home or Hybrid Home/Office associates for any portion of the cost of their self-provided internet service, with the exception of associates who live or work from Home in the state of California, Illinois, Montana, or South Dakota. Associates who live and work from Home in the state of California, Illinois, Montana, or South Dakota will be provided a bi-weekly payment for their internet expense.
Humana will provide Home or Hybrid Home/Office associates with telephone equipment appropriate to meet the business requirements for their position/job.
