Experienced medical office assistant's needed for expanding medical facility located in the Mid-Westchester area. All candidates must be flexible with days, hours including weekend rotations
- Scheduling appointments
- Patient registration
- Obtaining Signatures for consent of treatment
- Answering busy phones
- Insurance verifications
- Prior medical office support experience in a busy medical environment
- Inusrance verification experience a plus
- Excellent communication skills
- Must be flexible to work some weekends
- Over-time eligible
