The Terraces of Phoenix, a HumanGood life plan community, is hiring a Full-time Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN/LVN) for its Assisted Living team.
Full-time Tuesday and Wednesday, 6 AM - 6 PM and Friday and Saturday, 8 AM - 4 PM $32 - $38/hr. (DOE)
Shift Differentials: $1.00/hr. for PM Shift; $1.50/hr. for Night (NOC) Shift; $2.00/hr. for PM Shift on Weekends; $2.50/hr. for Night (NOC) Shift on Weekends
Our Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN/LVN) are responsible for the nursing needs of residents, while actively incorporating our “Philosophy for person-directed Care.” You will ensure a safe and healthy environment for residents, staff, and visitors to participate in the resident’s daily life rhythm. You would help develop assignments in coordination with the care partners and keep each team member accountable for resident care and satisfaction.
To Be Successful In The Role, You Would Have
Current LPN/LVN in the state for which applying
Current CPR certification
Prior nursing experience in senior care, post-acute, or sub-acute care preferred
