We're parting with one of our clients a Food and Beverage Manufacturing company located in Westbury with their search to find a Facilities Manager to oversee their operations.

- M-F (6am - 3pm) with occational Saturday hours

Duties:
- Supervise and lead facility maintenance staff to ensure smooth operations
- Implement and oversee preventive maintenance programs
- Manage repairs, renovations, and installations as needed
- Utilize CMMS for tracking maintenance activities
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards
Experience:
- Proven experience in facilities management
- Strong leadership skills to effectively manage a team
- Proficiency in CMMS and low voltage systems
- Mechanical knowledge including understanding schematics and logic controllers
- Ability to maintain and manage facilities efficiently
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $110,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
