JOB SUMMARY
Lead the development of Disaster Recovery exercises in moderate to high complex services and projects.
Creates reports and standardized exercise documents and coordinates the production of policy and
procedure documentation.

DRII ABCP or related certification a plus CBCP Preferred

JOB SUMMARY
Lead the development of Disaster Recovery exercises in moderate to high complex services and projects.
Creates reports and standardized exercise documents and coordinates the production of policy and
procedure documentation.
MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILTIES
- Actively and consistently support all efforts to simplify and enhance the customer experience.
- Produce Disaster Recovery related content in the form of reports and standardized exercise documents.
- Serves as project manager for disaster recovery projects.
- Lead the development of Disaster Recovery exercises.
- Lead teams and coordinate resources to ensure disaster recovery plans are being followed in crisis
- situation.
- Lead the development and documentation of tactical Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery plans.
- Lead employee Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery Training and Awareness efforts as needed
- Analyze technical and business requirements that drive critical business and ecosystem functions.
- Lead efforts to identify risk management procedures, business continuity scenarios, and contingencies
- and advise on business continuity and disaster recovery plans
- Identifies and makes recommendations regarding critical points of failure
- Conduct Business Impact Analysis interviews
- Serves as a liaison to technical resources and business partners.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Skills/Abilities and Knowledge
Ability to read, write, speak and understand English
- Strong understanding of a wide variety of IT functions and technologies
- Extensive project management experience
- Ability to effectively work independently and in team environments
- Strong understanding of Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery best practices
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to speak clearly to both technical and management resources
- Ability to coordinate resources for plan reviews
- Associates Degree and 10 years of related experience or Bachelor’s Degree and 5-10 years of related
- experience.
- Must be proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience in Salesforce based tools
