Summary : Join our dynamic Ways to Work team as a Loan Support Specialist, where you’ll play a crucial role in empowering low-to-moderate income individuals to achieve financial independence through fair-interest vehicle loans.
Based in Lynchburg, VA, with hybrid work options, our supportive and innovative team thrives on making a meaningful impact in our community.
Success In This Role Looks Like :
- Proactively manage collec t ions communications, ensuring timely and empathetic contact with participants to resolve overdue payments.
- Monitor loan and insurance statuses daily, taking swift action to negotiate payment plans or reinstate coverage as needed.
- Effectively coordinate the installation and maintenance of vehicle immobilizers, ensuring smooth operations throughout the loan term.
- Utilize skip tracing tools to locate participants who have moved or changed contact information, ensuring continuous communication.
- Collaborate with Program Managers and Finance to pursue legal action on delinquent accounts, attending court when necessary.
- Recover and coordinate the resale of repossessed vehicles, maintaining thorough documentation and communication throughout the process.
- Provide regular status updates and reports to the Loan Operations Manager, demonstrating attention to detail and a proactive approach.
