We fabricate and install custom signs made with perfection to meet our client’s needs. You can see our work throughout the Houston Area and progressively moving throughout the United States. The Person:

The right person will have a positive attitude and strong work ethic. They must be able to manage their time effectively and be a problem solver. Dependability and ability to work individually with minimal supervision or on a team is a must. They must be able to manage employee relations with a high level of confidentiality and empathy. Professional communication is essential, both verbally and written. The right person will embody integrity and be a positive example for others to follow in the company.

A few qualifications this integral person must possess are:

  • 1-3 years’ experience with recruiting, onboarding, benefit management, etc.
  • The ability to prioritize and multitask at a high volume of work.
  • Have a keen eye and able to handle multiple detailed duties with accuracy.
  • Being a team player that is also comfortable working independently. This position works and supports multiple departments within the company.
  • Superb professional communication and organizational skills.

A day in the life of the HR Coordinator would be:

  • Reconciling insurance bills with employees benefit selections
  • Working within our departments (sales, project managers, purchasing manager and shipping and receiving teams) to create a new position/posting that is opening up
  • Documenting core processes for various departments
  • Reviewing applications to set up interviews with department managers
  • Researching local talent to recruit for highly technical positions
  • Attending a meeting to plan our next company event
  • Processing payroll on a weekly basis
  • Managing employees paid time off requests
  • Research and development for the best training tools for our team

Compensation DOE : $18 - $22 /hour

Requirements

  • Microsoft Office, especially Excel – intermediate skill is mandatory
  • Must be organized, motivated and able to handle multiple detailed duties with a high level of accuracy
  • Attention to detail is a must and ability to work independently with little supervision
  • Must be on time and dependable
  • Able to sit and stand for long periods of time

Salary Description
$18-$22 DOE

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
