Job Description
- Call candidates to generate interest
- Schedule appointments
- Document and track calls and interactions with potential candidates
- Email marketing material to interested candidates
- Attend and contribute to weekly virtual meetings with inside sales team
Desired Skills and Experience
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal skills
- Highly motivated and self-directed
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Professional, friendly phone personality
- Proficient experience with MS Office, email
- Positive, solution-oriented attitude
- 1 years of experience with outbound B2B sales/appointment setting in a call-center environment
- Prior experience with CRM software
- Proven history of success in exceeding sales quotas.
