Humble Talent is a rapidly growing staffing agency in the clean energy sector that is actively hiring experienced Inside Sales professionals for a fully remote position. Individuals in this position are responsible for making outbound business to business (B2B) phone calls to candidates to schedule meetings with candidates. We provide you the software, the prospects, and the training to be successful!

Job Description

  • Call candidates to generate interest
  • Schedule appointments
  • Document and track calls and interactions with potential candidates
  • Email marketing material to interested candidates
  • Attend and contribute to weekly virtual meetings with inside sales team

Desired Skills and Experience

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal skills
  • Highly motivated and self-directed
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Professional, friendly phone personality
  • Proficient experience with MS Office, email
  • Positive, solution-oriented attitude
  • 1 years of experience with outbound B2B sales/appointment setting in a call-center environment
  • Prior experience with CRM software
  • Proven history of success in exceeding sales quotas.
