We are looking for an experienced pizza chain General Manager with a proven record of growth to lead our Hungry Howie's team.
Qualifications:
- High school or equivalent (Required)
- Pizza Restaurant Experience: 2 years (Required from a major pizza company)
- Driver’s License with reliable transportation(Required)
- US work authorization (Required)
Responsibilities:
- Manage shift leaders, crew members, and drivers and train new hires constantly
- Hire new team members and conduct interviews every week
- Do bank deposits several times a week
- Build the labor schedule every week
- Be on call to assist employees every day
- A problem solver and proactive
- Maintain and achieve store goals including but not limited to sales, delivery time, and labor % goals
- Keep constant communication with owners to resolve issues
- Update owners with daily reporting
- Be available to cover shifts as needed
- Manage inventory and create food orders every week
- Manage store cleaning and organization
