Responsibilities:
- Perform nursing assessments, interventions, and evaluations for patients in the Catheterization Lab
- Monitor patients during procedures and provide appropriate care and support
- Administer medications and assist with invasive procedures as needed
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Document patient information accurately and timely
- Maintain a safe and clean working environment
Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Registered Nurse in a Catheterization Lab setting
- Proficient in standards of nursing practice and patient care
- Experience with airway management and neonatal ventilators
- Familiarity with electronic medical record systems such as eClinicalWorks and Cerner
- Knowledge of medical office procedures and primary care practices
- Understanding of workers compensation laws and regulations
- Experience with ostomy care is a plus
