Primary Position Responsibilities |
- Accurately processes all human resources paperwork as well as dealing with employee management
- Handling of all the practice financials – end of month, budget
- Recruitment and interviewing skills

Work Contact Group (Internal/External) |
- Regular and frequent contact with departments of Hunterdon Medical Center, patients, families, physicians and employees providing service, resolving issues, obtaining agreement and exchanging information

Qualifications |
- Minimum Education:
- Required:
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Preferred:
- Associate's Degree in Business Administration/Management, Health Science, Nursing or related area.
- Required:
Minimum Years of Experience (Amount, Type and Variation):- Required:
- Healthcare operational experience required. Good communication and multi-tasking required.
- Preferred:
- Bachelors Degree preferred or 3-5 years healthcare management experience which includes financial reporting and budget preparation and monitoring. Supervisory experience preferred.
