Job Purpose:

The Drafter creates drawings that exhibit the detail and method for processing production parts. The duties assigned to the Drafter shall include but are not limited to:

• Develop and prepare engineering designs and drawings from initial ideas, sketches, engineering calculations, specification sheets and other data
• Ability to receive instruction from supervision.
• Operate computer-aided design (CAD) and drafting workstations
• Develop and prepare design sketches
• Complete documentation packages and produce drawing sets
• Check and verify design drawings to conform to specifications and design data
• Other duties as requested by supervisor.

Who are we looking for?

• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience with 3D modeling/drafting software preferred.
• Experience with ERP software preferred.
• Microsoft Office experience preferred.
