They will uncover unique insights about the market populations of each of our 12 regions while helping us scout new, opportunistic markets. They will help strategize customer experiences within the branch channel, including merchandising, sales, and surprise/delight. And they will architect brand activations in the communities we serve, via event and social channels.

Responsibilities And Duties
- Conduct market research to understand current and future banking industry trends and customer money insights.
- Analyze competitor strategies, identify opportunities for brand distinction, and recommend action plans that improve our brand consideration.
- Develop and execute branding strategies that align with the bank's business objectives.
- Set and measure KPIs that are relevant to Huntington’s marketing and business goals.
- Collaborate with marketing and creative teams to ensure brand messaging consistency.
- Craft campaign briefs that solve for the bank’s business challenges while inspiring creative teams to do their best work.
- Via brainstorming sessions or workshops, facilitate idea generation for brand stories and marketing initiatives that will resonate with target audiences.
- Present and communicate branding strategies to stakeholders and executive management.
- Bachelors degree
- 7 yrs experience brand marketing.
- Curious about people and ideas.
- Creative thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience working in the financial sector, particularly in a large banking institution, is a plus.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient slide-based storyteller (PPT, Keynote, Canva, etc.)
- Flexible work style that can accommodate changing goals and needs.
