What are the responsibilities and job description for the Prep Crew position at Hutch Paving?
Responsibilities:
- Prepare surfaces for crack-filling or seal coating by cleaning debris using blowers, brooms and mechanized sweeping methods.
- Knowledge and experience in operating of a Dozer.
- Must possess knowledge of paving operations, equipment, safety, and standard procedures.
- Experience fine grading.
- All Other Duties as Assigned.
Requirements:
- Working experience as Prep Crew
- Fine Grading Skills
- Must have years of experience operating a dozer.
- Availability to work overtime and weekends.
