Purpose:
Represent the store in a positive and professional manner by answering telephone calls and directing customer walk-in traffic to the appropriate department. Assist and Support the Office Coordinator and Sales Department in their duties as necessary.

Responsibilities:
- Answer, accurately interpret, and direct telephone calls, emails, and walk-in customer traffic.
- Update and maintain pricing books, literature, & files.
- Transport cash deposits to local bank.
Experience, Education, and Skills:
- 0-2 years of customer service experience.
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- Basic understanding of Microsoft Outlook, MS Office.
- Experience in taking and directing phone calls.
- An organized approach and excellent time management skills.
- Computer literacy and typing skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively with employees and visitors to the company.
- Ability to work with other and foster teamwork to set goals and resolve problems.
- Self-motivated and willing to help when needed.
- Ability to make decisions that are timely and in the best interest of Hutson Inc.
