We are expanding our operations in the U.S. and seeking an experienced Event / Conference Planner to join our team in Las Vegas.
Role Overview :
As a Business Development Specialist at HXE US, you will play a key role in driving business growth and expanding our market presence.
This full-time, on-site role is located in Las Vegas, NV. You will be responsible for developing and implementing business strategies, building relationships with clients, and working closely with cross-functional teams to enhance our SaaS products.
Your goal will be to identify new market opportunities, drive revenue growth, and contribute to the successful delivery of projects.
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and implement strategic business plans to drive revenue growth and expand market share.
- Establish and maintain robust relationships with key vendors, partners, and clients to gather insights and feedback.
- Conduct regular meetings and communications with external stakeholders to understand their challenges and evolving industry needs.
- Analyze and synthesize feedback from partners and vendors to identify common pain points and trends.
- Collaborate closely with the internal development team, ensuring feedback is actionable and informs product enhancement strategies.
- Serve as a bridge between external stakeholders and the development team, facilitating effective communication for product improvements.
- Monitor industry trends to stay ahead of market demands and innovation opportunities in our SaaS products.
- Work cross-functionally to develop and refine our SaaS products and execute business plans.
- Provide prompt customer service and track all processes and details in internal project management systems.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality Management, Event Management, Communications, Computer Science, or Data Science is preferred.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills with the ability to develop actionable insights.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- New graduates with enthusiasm and a willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.
Preferred Qualifications :
- Bilingual in Mandarin-English or Spanish-English.
- Industry experience in hospitality, sales, marketing, public relations, or event planning is preferred.
