With a presence in over 300 cities and partnerships with leading hotel brands like Marriott, Hilton, and IHG, we ensure our clients experience precision, efficiency, and innovation in every event.

We are expanding our operations in the U.S. and seeking an experienced Event / Conference Planner to join our team in Las Vegas.

Role Overview :

As a Business Development Specialist at HXE US, you will play a key role in driving business growth and expanding our market presence.

This full-time, on-site role is located in Las Vegas, NV. You will be responsible for developing and implementing business strategies, building relationships with clients, and working closely with cross-functional teams to enhance our SaaS products.

Your goal will be to identify new market opportunities, drive revenue growth, and contribute to the successful delivery of projects.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Develop and implement strategic business plans to drive revenue growth and expand market share.
  • Establish and maintain robust relationships with key vendors, partners, and clients to gather insights and feedback.
  • Conduct regular meetings and communications with external stakeholders to understand their challenges and evolving industry needs.
  • Analyze and synthesize feedback from partners and vendors to identify common pain points and trends.
  • Collaborate closely with the internal development team, ensuring feedback is actionable and informs product enhancement strategies.
  • Serve as a bridge between external stakeholders and the development team, facilitating effective communication for product improvements.
  • Monitor industry trends to stay ahead of market demands and innovation opportunities in our SaaS products.
  • Work cross-functionally to develop and refine our SaaS products and execute business plans.
  • Provide prompt customer service and track all processes and details in internal project management systems.

Qualifications :

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality Management, Event Management, Communications, Computer Science, or Data Science is preferred.
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills with the ability to develop actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • New graduates with enthusiasm and a willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.

Preferred Qualifications :

  • Bilingual in Mandarin-English or Spanish-English.
  • Industry experience in hospitality, sales, marketing, public relations, or event planning is preferred.
