Hxecute operates a 33,000 sqft property with two warehouse facilities in Little River District Miami.

Role

The warehouse supervisor has general responsibility for coordinating and supervising all warehouse activities on a daily basis. Under the direction of management, the supervisor is responsible for supervising the shipping and receiving of assets. Manage all incoming and outgoing inventory accounted for and processed according to schedule. Ensure the warehouse operates at peak efficiency, with client satisfaction, and asset management being the primary goal.

Responsibilities

  • Supervising, organizing, and facilitating warehouse operations and establishing, monitoring, and implementing operational goals.
  • Develop warehouse operations systems inclusive of determining product handling and storage requirements, equipment utilization, inventory management, and shipping and receiving.
  • Oversee daily operations, while controlling and managing inventory and logistics.
  • Maintain a safe and healthy work environment by establishing, following, and enforcing standards and procedures and complying with legal regulations.
  • Developing, implementing, and directing programs to promote a safety culture on-site and to ensure the safety of all personnel, equipment, and property is a priority.
  • Oversee maintaining the security of the warehouse.
  • Conduct operations in a manner that promotes safety.
  • Ability to drive Hxecute fleet vehicles as needed. (CDL license not required)
  • Ability to operate and facilitate maintenance of heavy machinery (i.e Forklift)
  • Implement company vehicle SOP (Standard Operating Procedures) in signing in/out, monitor fuel levels, and ensure proper use of all company vehicles.
  • Complete all necessary records and reports in a timely and accurate fashion.
  • Maintain a clean, neat, and orderly work area in line with Hxecute standards.
  • Ensure the optimal utilization of space through warehouse consolidation.
  • Supervise unloading, receiving, and putting away processes in accordance with Hxecute and client procedures.
  • Verify required inbound/outbound paperwork with drivers, ensuring that all product is properly counted.
  • Ensure inbound and outbound shipments are accurate and free of damage and errors.
  • Conflict resolutions – responsible for resolving client shipping and receiving issues.
  • Communicate to management on a daily basis including shift briefs.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Minimum Education: High School, High School Equivalent or Technical degree.
  • The ideal candidate will have prior experience in a warehouse or manufacturing environment.
  • Proficient MS Office (Word / Excel / PowerPoint / Outlook).
  • Proficient G Suite (Gmail / Drive / Sheet / Forms / Docs).
  • Certified to operate heavy machinery (i.e Forklift)
  • Established problem-solving skills, leadership qualities, multi-tasker, and detail-oriented.
  • Ability to work with all levels of company staff
  • Comfortable delivering frequent direct written and oral feedback
  • Knowledge of heavy machinery and different types of equipment and vehicles
  • Successful communication - verbal and written
  • Exceptional time management and organization skills
  • Great interpersonal skills
  • In-depth understanding of the industry and the company's best practices for the warehouse
  • Familiarity in inventory control practices and logistics
  • Physical strength, stamina, and the ability to walk stand, and lift for long periods of time

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bilingual (English, Spanish)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,773.00 - $52,122.00 per year

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift

  • Miami, FL 33150: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
