Summary
The Central Deployment Analyst will collaborate, analyze, report, and draw insights on the project delivery and adoption Of Global Hotel Technology platforms delivered into Operations. The analyst will support the methodology of deployment through analysis to improve the outcomes, techniques, and strategies to measure adoption and activation. The information gathered will be used to create actionable strategies that support execution and engagement of Hyatt programs or platforms delivered into hotel Operations.
With an emphasis on outcome-based adoption, the Activation and Adoption Analyst will champion activation and adoption through rigorous analysis of data. Deployed hotel technology performance will be evaluating through project KPI’s to demonstrate financial and operational viability of the business product or operational change.
With a focus on collaboration, active listening, and communication; the Activation and Adoption Analyst will partner with various stakeholders internally and externally to gather feedback, analyze, and interpret data that will support activation and adoption.
The Activation and Adoption Analyst must be innovative, proactive and challenge the status quo to seek opportunities that will support outcome-based success and will not take information or data at face value to drive activation and adoption. That analyst will devise a system to monitor and evaluate key adoption drivers and communicate opportunities to improve practices that will benefit deployment, activation, and adoption.
Responsibilities
Manage activation and adoption scorecard and provide reporting rich in data to demonstrate value add and business impact of successful adoption to communicate to leadership within the organization.
Increases activation and acceptance of new programs and products by identifying, recommending, and implementing new processes for delivery of solutions through an operational lens.
Gather and respond to feedback from hotel operators and above-property leaders to drive cycles of continuous improvement in solutions offered.
Work effectively across functions, regions, operating models, and brands by developing strong working relationships with peers and technical leads to ensure end-to-end management of all technical issues relating to implementation and day-to-day use of products to deliver on-property services.
Able to analyze and interpret data in order to spot trends and patterns to identify strategies to improve activation and adoption.
Promotes importance of data integration into deployment, activation, and adoption of hotel technology.
Identify ROI indicators utilizing financial knowledge of hotel profit & loss expenditures to illustrate value of hotel technology.
Demonstrate a commitment to Hyatt core values.

Qualifications
Experience
Minimum of 5 years of Hospitality experience in a leadership role
Strong process management experience
Ability to maintain confidentiality with information or items as required
Ability to perform analysis, define new processes, and drive technology initiatives and projects
Experience in developing and executing a well-defined approach to problem-solving
Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
Adaptable and with the intellectual ability to thrive in a demanding, fast-moving, and customer-focused environment.
Experience in supporting applications such as Point of Sales, Digital platforms, Spa Applications, Sales and Catering Systems, Property Management Systems and Guest Services applications.
