The Guest Services Agent contributes to the hotel's commitment to high quality guest service and teamwork and must be the kind of person who appreciates high standards of excellence. The Guest Services Agent is responsible for being the first person that guests come in contact with, and will ultimately set the tone for the operation by creating personalized relationships with the guests.
- Act as the host and first impression of the Hotel while creating next level hospitality for the guests.
- Checking-in and Checking-out guests while ensuring their satisfaction.
- Assisting guests with market/gift shop purchases
- Maintains good customer relations by answering questions and taking care of customer concerns in a timely and knowledgeable manner, in person and on the phone. Operate Front Desk during your assigned shift to a consistently high standard.
- Manage Guest requests, inquiries, and complaints promptly and completely.
- Setting up the next shift for success, and properly passing on all concerns, questions, and activity during and post shift.
SKILLS, EDUCATIONAL BACKGROUND AND EXPERIENCE
- High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent years of relevant work experience required
- Previous customer service or hotel experience required, “Hyatt” Experience helpful.
- Friendly demeanor and excellent communication and customer service skills
- Good organizational and prioritization skills
- Prior computer experience using windows-based software preferred
RECRUITMENT INCENTIVE
- The Forester is looking for qualified candidates you would recommend as excellent team members
- Referring a new hire for any open Indeed position will earn $150.00
- $75.00 is offered upon hiring with $75.00 after the recommendation is employed for 90 days
