Overview:

The Room Attendant plays an important role for our home away from home, and creates a positive experience for our guests by maintaining a clean, comfortable and inviting environment. This position is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of guest rooms as assigned.

Additional Information:

In order to apply for this position, you must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Upon hire you must complete the I-9 form within the first 3 days of employment.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

Clean rooms consistent with brand standards

Remove trash and replace liners where necessary

Clean bathtub, toilet, sink, walls, mirrors, tiles, counters, and floor surfaces using cloths, mops, sponges, brushes, and/or cleaning agents by extending arms over head, bending and stooping.

Strip and make beds, changing bed linens, which may require lifting bedspreads weighing a maximum of 50 lbs.

Dust all furniture, pictures, drawers, window ledges, and shelves thoroughly.

Push and pull vacuum throughout entire room and empty trash.

Replenish amenities, linens, and supplies in guest room

Skills Required:

Provide high level customer service, communicate effectively with guests and team members, follow instructions, ability to learn quickly, pay attention to detail, and maintain composure when working under pressure

Experience / Education:

customer service experience preferred

Deberes y responsabilidades laborales:
