This pastry culinary position requires good communication skills as well as at least three years of previous pastry experience. A Culinary degree or related hotel experience preferred. A Cook 4 requires in-depth skills and knowledge of all kitchen operations. Capable of producing a consistent product to meet and exceed guests' needs in a timely manner. On a daily basis must monitor food production, quality and consistency, staffing levels and department training. Skills and knowledge to include culinary education, cost control, communication skills, computer skills, organizational skills, guest contact experience and culinary teaching skills and knowledge. Candidates should be able to perform all basic and intermediate cooking skills including baking and decorating. This person may be required to give direction in the supervisor's absence.

Requirements
- Requires good communication skills.
- 3 years of previous pastry experience preferred.
- Culinary degree or related hotel experience is preferred.

- Able to work multiple stations in the kitchen.
