Must be self-motivated and a self-starter.
Outside sales experience is necessary. A Construction background is helpful.
Comfortable in developing and maintaining long term relationships.
Willing to travel throughout assigned sales territory.
Service existing accounts and establish new accounts by planning and organizing daily work schedule to call on existing and potential customers.
Be able to perform equipment demonstrations and minor equipment repairs.
Take an active role in customer satisfaction.
Must have basic knowledge and use of outlook, word, excel, CRM and PowerPoint software.
A quick learner of technical applications and products.
Position provides set salary plus monthly commission, fuel card for business use only, and reimbursement of documented expenses. Opportunity exists for annual performance bonus. Company benefits, vacation, and paid holidays after 90 days.
