What are the responsibilities and job description for the Expeditor (Entry Level) position at Hydraflow?
Overall Purpose: The Expeditor will ensure production and machine shop schedules, deadlines and quotas are met by overseeing the flow of materials, components and paperwork among departments, and by taking action to solve problems and fulfill rush orders.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- Maintaining and entering status in various shortage reports.
- Issuing shortages
- Contribute to team effort by maintaining a positive outlook
- Adhere to 5S Standards
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including, but not limited to, policies for attendance and punctuality and standards for safety
Other Duties:
- Other duties as assigned by the Operations Manager
